I first learned about Eulerian Destiny from Tai Lopez. Easily one of the most effective self discovery exercises. It allows you to shape your own destiny in a practical way, without removing your past acquired skills, upbringing and experience. In other words, you can use things you’re already good at to become better and instill a new sense of being into your life.

Probably my least favorite self-discovery exercise because I generally don’t want negative feedback (personality flaws) but it is good for you, so we have to do it anyway.

There are a million causes, and issues in this world we can care about, and none of us have the capacity to care about all of them. So, logically, you have to pick the ones that are important to you and hope your fellow humans pick up the slack elsewhere.

The wheel of life is a constant companion in my life that I use at least once per month. After a while you wont even need to print the exercise off the internet.
You can just list all the life areas and give them scores. The wheel of life self discovery exercise is this: retreat into your soul and ask “what is good in my life and what is causing me dissatisfaction”.
