COMPLETELY ALIGN WITH YOUR DESTINY, FIND YOUR PURPOSE AND GET AN UNBREAKABLE GRIP ON YOUR MISSION

I know you're trying to find your purpose in life.

You want a strong vision that drives you.

You want to live out a mission that feels powerful.
Without purpose and vision, we cant live a life of our own design. Someone else will choose our life for us.

That's why I created Visionary Confidence.
If you don't already know, my name is Brian Wright. I'm the creator and author of the site your on right now. In 2017, I was precisely where you are.
A change needed to be made in my life, but there was literally zero help in the world to help me make it.
So...I had to figure it all out on my own. The self help books didn't help.
The online teachers were great, but there was something missing in the presentation.
Buying goal setting planners and taking those courses was nice, but still...there seemed to always be something missing from the info I was getting.
I knew I was meant for something more than what I had, but how to reach it wasn't exactly spelled out in the world yet.
I needed a REAL, PRACTICAL solution to finding out what and how I was going to live my life.
...and that's precisely what happened. If you want to know whether or not it's possible, the answer is yes.
I successfully found a sense of enduring purpose in life.
I lassoed and roped in a strong vision that drove me, that I was passionate about, and that could make me some money while I was doing it!
Now, I'm here to show you that exact process. The very things I had to figure out from scratch are in Visionary Confidence for you to fully take advantage of!
Vision and mission statement generators don't work
Ever use a personal vision or mission statement generator? Even if the creator means well, they're to generic. If you're going to find a sense of true meaning in your life, how can that be done by answering 5 questions and putting some verbs and nouns in a silly generator. I have one on the site, because I know that's all some people want, but a GENerator can only give you a GENeric responses.
Self help books leave you hangin'
I'm a huge fan of reading, but I'm sick and tired of books that just give you a huge vat of information but don't tell you how to apply that information. You need a system. How many inspirational stories do you want? You already know this is important. So lets get started with a plan...a system that is simple to follow and gets REAL results.
Goal setting planners don't show you what goals to set (or how)
The thing I don't like about MOST goal setting planners is their tendency to focus solely on the end result rather than the process and underlying motivations. While these planners often provide templates for setting SMART goals, they may overlook the crucial steps of introspection, self-awareness, and alignment with one's values and passions. Without addressing these foundational elements, we can't stay motivated and engaged with our goals long term.
Nobody shows you how to align with your unique destiny
Even if someone did everything right, and didn't make the previous three mistakes, how do you take the inspiration, the goals, and the self clarity and ALIGN them skillfully into a master plan so precise and so in tune with who you are at your core, that just the thought of it makes you feel passionate about life again. I know the answer because I've already done it...twice.

LOOK AT THE MOST POPULAR METHODS FOR FINDING LIFE PURPOSE, PERSONAL VISION AND MISSION. YOU'LL NOTICE THE FOLLOWING FLAWS.
THEY DON'T OFFER CLARITY
Many self-help resources jump straight into goal setting without adequately addressing the crucial steps that come before. They often overlook the importance of introspection, self-awareness, and defining one's values and passions.
"Research suggests that effective goal setting requires careful consideration of one's values, passions, and long-term aspirations. Rushing into goal setting without this foundational clarity often leads to unfulfilled objectives and disengagement." - Locke & Latham (2006)
"Goals should reflect individuals’ values and interests, providing a sense of purpose and direction. Without clarity on these fundamental aspects, goals may lack relevance and fail to motivate sustained effort." - Source: "Goal Setting Theory: What We Know and Where We Are Headed" by Edwin A. Locke & Gary P. Latham (2006)
WRONG DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
Some products focus solely on achieving external markers of success, such as wealth or status, without considering whether these align with an individual's intrinsic motivations or values. This can lead to a sense of emptiness or dissatisfaction despite outward achievements.
"Recent studies show that prioritizing extrinsic markers of success, such as wealth or status, often undermines intrinsic motivation and overall well-being. True fulfillment stems from aligning one's pursuits with personal values and passions." - Deci & Ryan (2000)
"Extrinsic rewards, while initially motivating, can diminish intrinsic motivation over time. Pursuing goals solely for external validation can lead to feelings of emptiness and dissatisfaction, highlighting the importance of intrinsic alignment." - Source: "Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivations: Classic Definitions and New Directions" by Edward L. Deci & Richard M. Ryan (2000)
IGNORE INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES
Not everyone finds purpose or fulfillment through the same means. Many self-help materials offer generic advice without accounting for the unique circumstances, strengths, and preferences of each individual.
"Psychological research underscores the importance of recognizing individual differences in goal pursuit. What motivates one person may not resonate with another, necessitating personalized approaches to goal setting and personal development." - Dweck (2008)
"Fixed and growth mindsets influence individuals' attitudes toward challenges and goals. Embracing a growth mindset acknowledges the potential for change and allows for greater adaptability in pursuing meaningful objectives." - Source: "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success" by Carol S. Dweck (2008)
NO METHOD FOR SUSTAINING MOTIVATION
Setting goals without a strong sense of purpose or understanding of one's "why" can lead to a lack of intrinsic motivation and perseverance. Individuals may struggle to maintain momentum and overcome obstacles without a deep-rooted sense of purpose driving their actions.
"Studies indicate that intrinsic motivation plays a critical role in sustained goal pursuit and well-being. Without a deep-rooted sense of purpose and intrinsic alignment with goals, individuals are more likely to experience burnout and disengagement." - Ryan & Deci (2000)
"Autonomous motivation, driven by a sense of personal choice and intrinsic interest, fosters greater persistence and psychological well-being. External rewards and pressure, on the other hand, can undermine intrinsic motivation and lead to decreased engagement." - Source: "Self-Determination Theory and the Facilitation of Intrinsic Motivation, Social Development, and Well-Being" by Richard M. Ryan & Edward L. Deci (2000)
THEY ONLY OFFER A QUICK FIX
Some self-help resources promise quick fixes or cookie cutter approaches to finding purpose and achieving success. However, meaningful personal growth and fulfillment often require sustained effort, reflection, and continuous refinement of goals and priorities.
"Research warns against the allure of quick fixes and formulaic approaches to personal development. Meaningful growth and fulfillment require ongoing effort, self-reflection, and a willingness to embrace challenges and setbacks." - Duckworth (2016)
"Grit, or perseverance and passion for long-term goals, predicts success more reliably than talent or intelligence alone. Embracing the journey and staying committed to long-term objectives are key to achieving lasting fulfillment." - Source: "Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance" by Angela Duckworth (2016)
NO HELP FOR LIMITING BELIEFS / LACK OF CONFIDENCE
Limiting beliefs are deeply ingrained convictions or perceptions about oneself, others, or the world that constrain one's potential and hinder progress towards goals.
These beliefs operate on a subconscious level, shaping thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in ways that sabotage efforts to pursue dreams and aspirations, as evidenced by research in cognitive psychology and personal development literature.
"It's not the events of our lives that shape us, but our beliefs as to what those events mean." - Tony Robbins
- "Individuals with a fixed mindset believe that their qualities are... unchangeable, while those with a growth mindset believe in the potential for growth and development through effort and learning. Research indicates that individuals with a growth mindset are more resilient in the face of challenges and less likely to be constrained by limiting beliefs" (Dweck, 2006).
